While the people in front of the plague doctor are people that are still affected by the paranoia. The three people in front of the arms represent 1st class, lower class and middle class. The boy playing guitar is playing a melody to keep paranoia away While the old weak figure in front represents the people that need to come first during these times, while the doctor behind the old, weak person presents hope that everyone is waiting for keeping the paranoia away.
