Kubeshini Govender is a Chief Education Specialist with the Western Cape Education Department. Among her many qualifications are a BA Hons cum laude and a Further Diploma in Education Management and Leadership with Distinction. She recently completed the Western Cape Government ‘s Values Based a Diploma in Catalysing Change-A Systems Design and Change Programme. She has been in education for the past 37 years, specializing in school leadership, management and governance.
