I looked through a book that centred around Rhodes that my grandmother gave to me. A photo that caught my eye was a building in Rhodes, which I felt showcased the captivating beauty of the island. The medium that I used was watercolour as I wanted to keep the sensitivity of the work and the feelings of loss associated with, owing to the disruption of the Holocaust.
